The latest research by eXp Greece has revealed that one in 10 homes currently listed for sale across Greece have entered the market within the last month, however, it’s the region of Chios that has seen the largest surge in seller market activity, along with Piraeus and Larissa.

 

eXp Greece analysed the current real estate market looking at the number of properties listed for sale across the market in Greece and what proportion of these had entered the market within the last 30 days.*

 

The research shows that around one in 10 (10.6%) of all homes listed for sale across the Greek market have been listed for sale over the last 30 days.

 

It’s the region of Chios that has seen the largest surge in market activity so far this year, with 17.8% of all homes currently listed on the market entering within the last 30 days.

 

The city of Piraeus also ranks highly in this respect, with 15..6% of all real estate currently up for sale having only entered the market in the last 30 days.

 

Other areas to rank within the top five include Larissa (15%), Thessaloniki (14.8%) and Crete’s Lasithi (14.5%).

 

In contrast, across the central region of Evrytania, just 4.1% of all homes currently on the market have been listed for sale over the last 30 days.
