Urja Senior Living, a new initiative by CHL Living, is set to host its exclusive Grand Preview on 8th and 9th August 2026, offering families and prospective residents an opportunity to experience the vision, design and philosophy behind its upcoming senior community in Indore.

The preview will mark the first public introduction of Urja Senior Living, providing visitors with a closer look at the residences, thoughtfully planned spaces and the approach that shapes the development. Located near Somanipuram on Khandwa Road Bypass, Indore, the project has been envisioned to create an environment where seniors can enjoy independence, comfort and meaningful connections while being part of a vibrant and supportive community.

India’s approach towards ageing is evolving, with an increasing number of seniors and families looking beyond traditional housing solutions. Today, senior communities are emerging as a way to support active lifestyles, encourage social engagement and provide environments designed around the changing needs of older adults.
